2. Services

Bannao3D provides on-demand 3D printing services. Users can upload STL files, configure print settings (material, quality, infill, colour), receive instant pricing, and place orders for 3D printed parts.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices are calculated automatically based on model geometry, material, quality, infill percentage, and quantity.
Bannao3D reserves the right to reject or cancel orders if the uploaded model is unprintable, contains errors, or violates any laws.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have authorisation to print the models you upload. Bannao3D does not claim ownership of your uploaded files. We will not share, sell, or distribute your files to any third party.

6. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Ensure uploaded STL files are valid and printable.
Do not upload files that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or any intellectual property rights.
Do not use the service for illegal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bannao3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Modifications

Bannao3D reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation, email bannao3d@gmail.com with your order ID as soon as possible.

2. Refunds

Before production: Full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Defective or damaged prints: If you receive a defective or damaged part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a reprint or full refund at our discretion.
After production (no defect): Since each print is custom-made, refunds are not available for completed orders unless there is a defect or error on our part.

3. Reprints

If a print does not meet the agreed specifications due to our error, we will reprint the part at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Policy

We ship across India. International shipping is currently not available but may be offered in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically printed and quality-checked within 2–5 business days, depending on complexity, material, and queue. Manual quote orders may take longer based on the agreed timeline.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Shipping cost is displayed before payment.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery status.

6. Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bannao3d@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a reprint or refund as per our Refund Policy.
